Putzu Idu (San Vero Milis, province of Oristano)

Putzu Idu beach is situated in San Vero Milis. Its sandy shore is characterized by fine white sand with shades of grey.The beach is bind by salt pans and it is developed between S’Arena Scoada and Mandriola in a large and narrow coastline.The crystal clear water and the shallowness of the water let children play on the shore peacefully. For this reason it represented a good place for families. This coastline is especially loved by windsurfers and divers.

 

How to reach the beach

From Riola Sardo take the highway SS 292 for 2,3 km. Then turn on the left towards Putzu Idu. After 11 km you can find the beach.

The beach offers the following services: from Putzu Idu is possible to visit Isola di Mal di Ventre where you can go on trip and see the cliffs. There are a large parking where campers can stop, disabled people facilities, hotels, restaurants and bars. Also it is possible to rent pedalos and boats.
