Plagemesu (Gonnesa, province of Carbonia-Iglesias)

Plagemesu beach overlooks the Gulf of Gonnesa. The long sandy shore is surrounded by reefs that create little natural swimming pools, where children can play peacefully. In windy days it is the ideal place for surfers.

 

How to reach the beach

Take the SS 126 direction to Iglesias. Then continue forward to Plagemesu. You arrive at the beach after 3 km.

 

Services

The beach offers different services:disabled people facilities, large parking where campers can stop, restaurant and bar. It is possible to rent beach ombrellas, deckerchairs and pedalos.
