Sa Punta ‘e S’Arena Beach (Gonnesa, province of Carbonia-Iglesias)

Sa Punta ‘e S’Arena beach overlooks the Gulf of Gonnesa. The long sandy coast line is bordered by dunes covered by a luxuriant vegetation. It is a good place for surfers.

How to reach the beach

Take the high way SS 126 to Iglesias. Then turn on the left, when you can see a big carved rock, continue for 500 metres till arriving to Plagemesu.

In this place there are the following services: disabled people facilities, a large parking where campers can stop, an hotel, a bar and a restaurant. it is possible to rent beach ombrellas, deckerchairs and pedalos.
