Cala dei Gabbiani (Baunei, province of Ogliastra)

Cala dei Gabbiani (Cove of the seagulls) overlooks the Gulf of Orosei. It is situated in Punta Ispugli,(Baunei).It is characterized by a crystal clear water with white cliffs. Both the beach of Cala dei Gabbiani and the beach of Cala Mariolu, are surrounded by rocky walls covered by a green typical vegetation. The shallowness of the water let children play on the shore.

How to reach the beach

It is possible to reach it by boat leaving the ports of Cala Gonone, Arbatax and Santa Maria Navarrese. Also it is possible to reach it by a trekking path.
