Cala Ginepro (Orosei, province of Nuoro)

Cala Ginepro is located in Orosei. The beach is characterized by fine white sand and it is surrounded by rocks where sweet-smelling junipers grow. The colours of the water are blue and green. It is possible to dive from the pink granite rocks. The beach is an ideal place for families with children and for surfers who can enjoy especially in windy days. Also it is a good place for scuba diving and underwater fishing.

 

How to reach the beach

You can take the high way SS 125 where at the 136 kilometre there is a junction for the beach. For reaching the place you have to pass through a pinewood.

The beach offers the following services: parking, hotel, campsite, bar and restaurant. It is possible to rent beach ombrellas, deckerchairs, pedalos and scuba diving equipment because there is a diving center.
