Bidderosa (Orosei, province of Nuoro)

Bidderosa beach is situated in Orosei. For its amazing beauty, also due to the pond of Curcurica, it is under environmental protection. Actually you can go to the beach olny booking at the Guiso Museum of Orosei.You have to pass through a path surrounded by junipers and eucalyptus trees. The place is formed by five amazing coves. One of these confines with the beach of Berchidda.The sandy shore is characterized by fine silver sand surrounded by red rocks where junipers, pine trees and lilies grow.

 

How to reach the beach

Take the high way SS 125 turning on the right, where there is the forest ranger's building. Here you have to stop before going to the oasis.

 

Services

For going to the beach you have to buy a ticket in the Forest Station of Orosei which is located just near the oasis (SS 125). Daily admission is allowed to a restrict number of cars. There is only a parking.
