Mugoni (Alghero, province of Sassari)

Mugoni is located in the resort of Porto Conte in Alghero. The beach of Mugoni is characterized by fine and white sand. The bay is an ideal place for families with children since it is sheltered from the wind and the sea is basically calm. When windy it is possible to practise surf and windsurf.

 

How to reach the beach

It can be reached covering the provincial road 55, the sign to the beach is set 8 km before Capo Caccia on the left.

 

Services

For the tourists that want to have a independent holiday, the beach is provided with a large parking where the campers can stop, with a camping ground and with disabled people facilities. Near the beach there is a hotel and some snack bars. It is also possible to rent a pattino to discover the wonders of the coast or diving in the crystal clear water of this area.
