Goceano: Pattada is the sector leader

In Pattada (Monte Acuto/Goceano) the leather-working is still an important tradition: bags and belts, but also bridles, saddle and other items for the horse-raiders, quite numerous in this territory. However, from some years onwards, as it is happening in many other parts of the world, the gift and fancy goods commerce is expanding on the youth market, starting with leather necklaces and bracelets.
