The Limoncello is a liqueur obteined from the infusion of lemon rinds in alchool: it is caracterized by a yellow color, resolute flavour and for smelling intense. It must be served very cold. Many similar liqueurs are prepared with orange (mostly in Muravera area), sardinian strawberry, indian fig and blackberry.
