From Alghero's Torbato a very excellent brut

The Torbato is a species of white wine diffused only in  Alghero's  neighbourhood . It has been imported by the Aragones and probably  arrived from the ancient Greece  originally . Besides the wine with the same name, it is used by Sella & Mosca to produce a very high quality brut.
