Myrtle liqueur: infusion of pure alcohol and myrtle berries, of which Sardinia is rich in. Widespread all around the island, it is exported in many places of the world.

With a high alcoholic content, it tastes intense and tastes sweet. It is of a dark purple colour or white, which is not in great demand. Another kind of it is the myrte liqueur cream. This excellent digestive liqueur should be served very cold.
