Aranząda: honey, orange peel and almonds
Aranzàda: it is a sweet made of orange peel, almonds and honey. Thin strips of orange peel cooked at lenght in honey made more precious with a shower of selected chopped almonds. The obtained caramel has to be cooled and conserved for a long time.
The aranzàda it is typical of Baronìe, Barbagie and Gallura.
