Bianchittus, little curls of foam

Bianchetti: in some zones of the Island, they takes other dialectal denominations (for ex.: bianchittus). They are sweets made of sugar and egg white  , sometimes with added almonds. They are a similar to a curl of solidified foam, which is friable and very sweet.

Bianchetti are produced everywhere in Sardinia.
