The sweets of the festivities, small art works that carry joy

Sweets prepared for festivities and special events, such as weddings and baptisms, but also for every day consume. Simple sweets or made in artistic shapes similar to sculptures and jewels to be eaten. Sweets for every taste, many of them are common to all the Sardinia territories . Others, instead, are typical of a specific geographic area, but nowadays, they can easily be found all around the Island, especially in the main centers: this is not enough to consider them specialty of the territory.
In fact, trade and cultural exchanges between the single countries of Sardinia have partially contaminated the local traditions.
