The bread of Perdaxius, crunchy focaccia bread that Cagliari people love
Perdaxius bread: is a crunchy and very tasty focaccia. It is not very thick, of medium dimensions, its surface is covered with a flour veil. It takes the name from a town, located between Narcao and Carbonia. Do not confused it with "su civraxiu". In the last years, production has had a boost, thanks to a new distribution network in Cagliari and hinterland.
