Calangianus

Typical gallurese citizen of the inner zones, Calangianus offers greater cues of visit in its surrounding territory than in the inhabited center. In the road that leads to Nuchis, you will find the nuragh Punta Lu Nuracu, with its unusual gallery structure. Closer to Calangianus, on the Mount Di Deu, it is possible to admire an other nuraghic construction of this kind, the nuragh Agnu. In this locality there is the most important industrial pole of the cork field in Italy, it is not by accident that there takes place the Fiera Nazionale del Sughero (the National Fair of Cork) where are shown the several employments of this material when it is worked.
