To visit in the territory of Olbia
Then, we suggest visiting the nuraghic complex of Cabu Abbas, at the entrance of the city. Along the road that leads to Gulfo Aranci, instead, is found the sacred pit of Sa Testa, constructed in the nuraghic age and located in an area used for religious ceremonies. Only a few Kilometers away, on the hill of Sa Paulazza, there is the castle that takes the name from the locality, known also like Mont’a Telti. It was constructed in the 534 A.D., when Sardinia was dominated by the Byzantines. Close to the railway station of Golfo Aranci, the sacred pit of Milis: the vault of the scale, that leads to the underground room, has been carved in the rock, forming an upside down stair. Finally, you cannot neglect to cover the panoramic provincial road, from which you will have the possibility to look at the beautiful coast.
