Posada

In front of Costa degli Oleandri there is Posada, a locality that takes the name from the river, which flows into the Baronie. It is worth visiting the ancient church of Sant' Antonio Abate, near to the Fava castle, where is preserved the apse and the sacristy of the building constructed in the XII century. The historical centre is characterized by centuries-old houses. Next to the beach there is the pond of Orvile, in which nest numerous species of birds.

In the territory of Posada are located several Nuragh still in good conditions (San Pietro, Monet Idda and Pizzinnu) and numerous Domus de Janas, the biggest one is in the locality of Gasile Orgolesu. The nuraghe of Conca' e Bentu is
at about fifteen kilometres from Budoni.
