In Sorgono an abandoned site to be embellished

The stele of a tomba dei giganti (giants' grave) is still today visible at the bottom of the entry stairs of the sanctuary of San Mauro, in the territory of Sorgono: it seems that it comes from the near grave (you can see it in the photo) set halfway between the church and the homonym nuragh.

At a range of two kilometers, it is possible to visit another giants' grave that, fortunately, is in better conditions but it is still to be embellished as it would deserve. On the whole, we can say that this is a common problem to all archaeological heritage treasures of this Mandrolisai area.
