The residence is placed about 800 m. from the center of Villasimius, on the road to Castiadas. Recently built, it offers the advantage of a Residence formul with sport and animation areas and equipments. The apartments are displaced in terraced apartment.

It is situated about 600 m. far from market, bar and shops of Villasimius. In the town center you will find all kind of equipment you need, entertainement, restaurants; about 800 m. far from pubs.

Terraced apartment on 2 floors with porch or patio, they are equipped with all you need to cook and to clean.

TWO ROOMS APARTMENTS 4 BEDS: living room with kitchenette, pull-out double bed, double room, bad.
THREE ROOMS APARTMENTS 5/6 BEDS: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, bedroom with 2 single beds or bunk bed, bad.

- Weekly charges for consumption must be paid locally per person 25 ( children 0/4 y. o. excluded) . it includes: water, electricity, gas and bed linen
- />- Final Cleaning: to be paid locally compulsory: € 50  for 2 Rooms apartments, 60 € for 3 Rooms apartment (excluding kitchenette, if not cleaned by the guest charge of costs of € 30)
- Deposite safe: € 150  per apartment
- Pets: allowed small sizes with contribution of € 50 disinfestation
- Parking: not compulsory to be paid locally 30 € per week
