Mediterranea Residenza Club

The residence is situated about 800 m. from Villasimius town center, on the road to Castiadas. Recently built, the apartments are displaced on 2 levels in the residential area of Villasimius. Its Club formul will allowed you to enjoy of activities on the beach and of its beach service, offering an holiday full of sport and entertainments.

simple but really functional furnished, they dispose of veranda or patio, barbecue and al you need to cook and clean

Services to be payed on site: In/Out: Saturday from 5.00pm - Saturday until 10.00am

- Weekly charges for consumption must be paid locally per person 35  it includes: water, electricity, gas and bed linen.(children 0/4 y. o. excluded).
- Final Cleaning : 50 € for 2 Rooms apartments, 60 € for 3 Rooms apartment,  (excluding kitchenette, to be cleaned by the guest or charge of costs of € 30)
- Deposite safe: € 150  per apartment
- Pets: allowed small sizes with contribution of € 50 for la disinfestation
- Parking: not compulsory to be book and paid on site, 30 € per week
- beach service: excluded
- Cradle (0/2 y. o. ): on request € 50 per week; free if brought by the guests
- Towel baths: not compulsory €10 per person per change, table linen not available
-Services: Internet Point, Fax, tour reservations, excursions, rent, transfers from / to the airport (on request)
