Villasimius Green village

A luxuriant garden rich with palms and oleanders surrounds the Green Village Resort, able to offer to you the best of relaxing holidays with its two swimming pools. To meet any kind of needs there are different kinds of accommodation, some of them are Standard, some others are smarter, all equipped with kitchenette, TV, air conditioning, safe, bathroom with shower, wide veranda with table and chairs. Deep in the green there are many areas with barbecue and laundrette. Reception is available for any information on restaurants and on the beautiful sceneries South East Sardinian nature can offer. The village offers as well a free luggage deposit, it will be possible to reserve the transfers to the Airport and vice versa or renting a mountain-bike or a boat with possibility of having lunch. At approx 700 metres on the beautiful beach of Simius the guests can enjoy the comfort of a private beach with deck-chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towel.

Location

The residence is located in Villasimius, at approx 55 km from the port of Cagliari and 60 km from the airport.

Apartments

One-room apartments from 2 to 4 sleeps (22 m2): lounge with kitchenette and one or two sofa beds, beds are separated from the kitchen by a 2 meters wall, with folding door and double bed, bathroom with shower, wide equipped veranda with table and chairs.
Two-room apartments 2 + 2 sleeps (23 m2): lounge with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, double room, bathroom with shower, wide equipped veranda with table and chairs, air conditioning upon request.
Three-room apartment – little villa 5 +1 sleeps (28 m2): lounge with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, two independent double rooms, two bathrooms with shower, wide shower with table and chairs. Air conditioning upon request.

Check in Sunday from 17.00 h. – Check out Sunday before 11.00 h. (upon request arrival and departure any day of the week). Small pets are allowed except in common areas.
