Residence Palm Village

The residential hotel Palm Village, newly built, is a semicircular structure that develops around its pool area with whirlpool and covered (closed and heated in winter). It is located in Villasimius at 750 metres from the beautiful beach of Simius and 1500 metres from the town. The town is nestled in a beautiful coastal area, which covers a multitude of beaches located within a radius of a few kilometres. These crystalline waters beaches have made Villasimius the tourist centre of major importance in the south of Sardinia.

Location

The Residence Palm Village is located in Villasimius, 50 km from the port of Cagliari and 58 km from the airport of Elmas.

Apartments

The structure consists of 30 studios of various sizes. All housing units are finely furnished and equipped with all the comforts, kitchenette, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, bathroom with shower, wide veranda sitting room furnished. The types available are: Studio 4 beds: located on the ground floor facing the pool or on the ground floor front garden or on the first floor overlooking the sea, they are equipped with a kitchenette, double bed plus a double sofa bed or two single beds (the rooms are separated by walls of around 160 cm high). Large veranda furnished as sitting room; Studio 3 beds: located on the ground floor facing the pool or on the ground floor front garden or on the first floor with seaview, they are equipped with a kitchenette, double bed plus a sofa bed (the rooms are separated by walls of around 160 cm high). Wide veranda equipped as sitting room; Studio 3 Beds A: they are a little bit smaller than type A but have the same characteristics; Studio 2 beds: located on the ground floor in front of the swimming pool or on the ground floor front garden or on the first floor with seaview, they have a kitchenette, double bed plus a wide veranda equipped as sitting room; Suite: three room with 6 beds located on the ground floor, separated by the rest of the accommodation structure, they have a lounge with double sofa bed, kitchenette, two double rooms, a wide bathroom, a wide veranda equipped as sitting room.

Amenities

The structure offers snack bar, laundry, luggage deposit. With the compulsory Club Card in the periods of validity: use of the pool with jacuzzi, barbecue and gazebo use, beach equipped with beds and umbrellas, use of pedal (one hour). Also (upon payment): air conditioning, cot, bike rental, transfers to and from the airport by car with driver, car rental directly at the airport of Cagliari-Elmas, excursions by sailing or motor boatwith lunch on board, boat rental for private trips.

Cooking&Eating

At the barbecue area and gazebo it is possible to organize grilled meat and fish. At the snack bar guests can enjoy both indorr in the square overlooking the pool tasty breakfasts, coctails, ice cream, delicious sandwiches, first and second courses.

Remarks

Check-in from 17 to 20.00 (extra charge for arrivals outside the receiving hours) - check-out within 10. Small Pets are allowed only in the apartments but are not allowed on the common premises.
