Le Bouganville residence is situated in the farthest north-east of Sardinia, close to Capo Carbonara. It is only 300m from the wonderful Simius beach (that can be reached on foot) and about 600m from the village of Villasimius, where one can find everything is needed for one's holidays.
All the apartments have an independent entry, an equipped veranda, telephone, TV, safe and all the comforts. Thanks to their good location, most apartments enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over the sea and have a big terrace or a private garden.

Location

This residence is located in Villasimius, the most famous tourist place in south-eastern Sardinia, about 55km from Cagliari's port and airport.

Two-room apartments A – with sea view and a big veranda or garden.
They are 26 square metres wide and composed of a double bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom, a living-room with kitchenette (with sink and fridge), a sofa bed with two single beds, a table with 4 chairs, an equipped veranda.
Two-room apartments B – on the ground floor, with veranda or small garden.
They are 26 square metres wide and composed of a double bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom, a living-room with kitchenette (with sink and fridge), a sofa bed with two single beds, a table with 4 chairs, an equipped veranda.
Three-room apartments A - with sea view and a big veranda or garden.
They are 36 square metres wide and composed of a double bedroom with wardrobe, a twin bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom, a living-room with kitchenette (with sink and fridge), a sofa bed with two single beds and an equipped veranda. They are furnished and equipped with all the necessary to comfortably accommodate 5 people.
Three-room apartments B – on the ground floor, with veranda or a small garden.
They are composed of a double bedroom with wardrobe, a twin bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom, a living-room with kitchenette (with sink and fridge), a sofa bed with two beds, an equipped veranda.

Services

At the reception office one can ask for information concerning the sports activities, the excursions on the islets and in the inland, car/motorcycle/bicycle hiring, taxi service, Internet and fax, cultural activities, exhibitions and the folk feasts that take place in Villasimius and its vicinity. During your stay, the reception office will be your reference point for any kind of needs. Inside Le Bouganville Residence a snack bar (open from the morning until 10:00pm) is at the guests' disposal and offers them breakfast and some cold dishes during the whole day. Close to the bar, a small and welcoming TV hall with satellite equipment is found.
As an alternative to the beach, the facility is also provided with a pretty swimming pool immersed in the greenness of a very well-kept garden rich in flowers and Mediterranean scrub.
