Negative aspects: Check in was slow, one family at a time checking in. We had to wait an hour to check in, but the people at check in were friendly. It was also expensive the additional services such as the swimming pool, kids club. We never used any of the ammenities so it would be nice to have the option not to have to pay for all the extras.

Positive aspects: Appartment and faccilities met expectations.

Negative aspects: 1) Bathroom in appartment needs improvement!
2) Swimming pool:
a) more shadow area / covered area required
b) more deck chairs and clean matresses are required!
c) changing room is a must (change in toilets is not acceptable)
d) toilets need more frequent cleaning
