• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes electricity, water gas;
  -Final clenaning: The kitchenette is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 40 euros extra charge is applied;
  -Club card:(compulsory from 3 years) from 02/06/2012 to 01/09/2012;
  -Deposit(250 euros for pets): To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure. That can be returned at the end of the stay after control of the apartment's equipment. In case of departures when the reception is closed, the safe deposit is mailed at the guest's address.
• OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Baby cot: 50,00 Euros per week;
  -Bed linen and bath towels: 22,00 Euros per person per change. Table linen and kitchen cloths: not available;
  -Portable air conditioner (upon request and availability) at reservation: 80,00 Euros per week.
  -Midweekly cleaning: 40,00 Euros for one- and two-room apartments; 50,00 Euros for three- and four-room apartments.
  -TV (upon request and availability at reservation): 50,00 Euros per week.
  -Small pets admitted upon request at reservation: 50,00 Euros per pet for the whole stay.
  
  Corallo Card/club card(from 5 years):
  -LOW SEASON: 18 euros per person per week from 26/05 to 02/06 and 01/09 to 15/09 -sun beds and beach umbrellas(upon avaibility), canoa and pedalo at fixed hours, gym, evening entertainment.
  
  -Extra charge for two- and three-room apartments in terraced villas: 120,00 Euros per week (to be paid on site), upon request at reservation;
  -Extra charge for two- and three-room apartments in terraced villas with satellite TV and washing machine: 230,00 Euros per week (to be paid on site), upon request at reservation;
  -Extra charge for two- and three-room apartments in terraced villas with satellite TV, washing machine, and air conditioning: 310,00 Euros per week (to be paid on site), upon request at reservation;
  -From 31/03 to 30/06 and 01/09 to 02/11 80 euros extra charge; 100 euros in villa; € 150 in Resort.
• ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  -On request from 31/03 to 26/05 and from 15/09 to 03/11: midweekly stay;
  -On request Wednesday arrival(except from 28/07 to 15/09) in the two/three rooms apartment;
  -Arrivals later than 08:00pm must be communicated in advance. Arrivals later than 08:00pm: 25,00 Euros / Arrivals later than midnight: 50,00 Euros;
  -Offer 7=5 umbrella/sun beds in the beach(from 3rd row) upon avaibility.
  -To be paid: swimming pool, wellness centre, windsurfing, canoeing, tournaments of five-a-side football, tennis, rent a bike, minigolf, rent a sun bed and umbrella, pedalo, bay sitter, daily trips.
  -The "Corallo Card" gives you the chance to get special prices at many associated shops and restaurants.
