• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Consumptions: free of charge for children until 5 years of age. It includes electricity, water, gas, bed linen;
  - Final cleaning: it does not include the kitchenette, which is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 30,00 euros extra charge is requested;
  - Safe deposit: it can be returned at the end of the stay after a status check of the apartment.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Bath towels: 7,00 euros per person per week;
  - Apartment with independent terrace: 60,00 euros per week (only for two-room and three-room apartments). To be requested when booking.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  - Pets: only small/medium size pets admitted, with no extra charge;
  - Baby cot: 0/3 years free of charge;
  - Three-room apartments: minimum 4 people, or minimum 2/3 people from 16/06 to 22/08 with a 50% extra charge.
  
  RECEPTION OFFICE:
  - The keys of the apartments are handed in from 11am to 01pm and from 05pm to 07pm;
  - Check–out before 10am;
  - The guests must inform the management of the residence for arrivals later than 08pm, for which a 30,00 euros extra charge is requested. For arrivals later than midnight, the keys are handed in the following day, or the same night with a 50,00 euros extra charge. For arrivals later than midnight that were not previously communicated, the accommodation facility does not guarantee to hand in the keys of the apartment.
