COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
-Consumptions: (electricity, water and gas);
-Final cleaning: kitchenette not included;
-Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.

OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
-Bed linen: 10,00 Euros per person/change;
-Bath towels: 12,00 Euros per person/change;
-Table linen: non supplied;
-Baby cot: 30,00 Euros per week;
-TV: 50,00 Euros per week;
-Extra bed: 50,00 Euros per week.
-Small pets allowed only in some apartments: 50,00 Euros per stay.
ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
- guests are requested to inform the residence in case of arrivals later than 09:00pm. In case of late arrivals not communicated to the accommodation facility a 50,00 euros extra charge will be requested.

Cancellation policy

10 % up to 21 days before the date of arrival;
20 % from 20 and 15 days before the date of arrival;
30 % from 14 and 9 days before the date of arrival;
50 % from 8 days before the date of arrival in case of no show;

In case the stay with them combined is cancelled, ferry or flight tickets or the car rental purchased with SUPERPROMO Sardegne.com rate will be cancelled.
In case of Sardegne.com rates and special offers, the cancellation policies may vary and then they will be indicated when booking.
When booking a room with a rate indicated as "non-refundable", please note that you cannot make any cancellation.
