Residence Il Borgo degli Ulivi

The Residence Borgo degli Ulivi is located in Arbatax, on the Sardinian oriental coast, nearby the tourist port and at a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches. Constructed in the 2004 following the better Sardinian traditional style both in its construction and in its forniture, it is composed of 27 apartments out of which 15 two-rooms and 12 three-rooms. The residence offers a reception hall, a bar and a swimming pool with hydromassage. The centre has been designed and constructed according to spaciousness and comfort, in order to let you stay relaxing and healty. The apartments are furnished with care with private terrasse, air conditioning, TV Sat, direct phone line, safe deposit box.

TWO-ROOMS APARTMENT

(up to 4 sleeps, 50 sqm plus veranda) they all have a confortable fully equipped kitchen, a double-bedded room, a living room with sofa bed.

THREE-ROOMS APARTMENT

( up to 4-6 sleeps, 60 sqm plus veranda)They all have a confortable fully equipped kitchen, a double-bedded room, a double room and a living room with sofa bed.

RATES

include weekly apartment.

COMPULSORY EXPENSES

Utilities:

€ 30,00 per person per week (no charge for children under 3 years) includes air conditioning, water, electicity and gas costs, safe, tv sat, direct phone line, use of pool with hydromassage and solarium, bed linen and towels, car park and cot (if requested with the booking)

End-of-stay cleaning:

€ 50,00 for two-rooms and € 60,00 for three-rooms, kitchenette not included. In case of lack in cleaning the kitchenette € 50,00 will be kept from the deposit.

Deposit:

€ 250,00

OPTIONAL SERVICES

Laundry:

€ 5,00 each use, soap included.

Additional cleaning:

€ 50,00 for two-room; € 60,00 for three-room.

Additional bed linen and towel change:

€ 6,00 per person (towels) and € 6,00 per person (bed linen).

NOTES

Stay are from Saturday to Saturday. Apartments are handed over by 5.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. of the arrival date (please inform in advance about different arrival times) and must be left by 10.00 a.m. of the departure date. Pets are not allowed. Trasfert from/to Tortolì airoport and Arbatax port are free and available upon request.
