Residence Verdemare Tortolì

The Residence Verdemare opened its door in the year 1994. It is surrounded by the lush Mediterranean vegetation in a residential area of S. Gemiliano in  Tortolì-Arbatax. It has 30 apartments of 4-6-8 beds, a kitchenette with microwave, air conditioning, telephone, TV with VCR, swimming pool and parking. The three room apartments 6 beds are equipped with two bathrooms.

Location

The Residence is located in Tortolì, at 400 mt. from the sea and 2 km. from the port and airport.

Apartments

Two room (2 + 2 beds): developed on two levels, on the ground floor lounge with kitchenette and a double sofa bed, in the loft double bedroom and bathroom. All apartments are equipped with outdoor equipped veranda.
Two room (2 + 3 beds): developed on two levels, on the ground floor lounge with kitchenette, a double sofa bed and a couch bed, in the loft double bedroom and bathroom. All apartments are equipped with outdoor equipped veranda.
Three room ground floor (4 + 2 beds): developed on a single level and have a double room, a bedroom with bunk beds, lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, two full bathrooms with shower and veranda to eat outside.
Four room (6 +2 beds): divided into two levels, on the ground floor lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a bathroom and a double bedroom, on the first floor a bathroom, a double room and a twin bedroom. All apartments are equipped with outdoor equipped veranda.
