Flamar Residence

The residence Flamar is a brand new holiday accommodation. The architecture recalls the classic construction of Sardinian houses, with details and furnishings in typical style.

Location

It is located in a very quiet residential area of Tortolì-Arbatax, a few hundred metres from the historic center, and 2.5 km from the beautiful beaches of Lido di Orrì.

Apartments

The apartments are designed to meet the tourists' needs and are equipped with all amenities. The apartments have air conditioning, color TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The apartments are supply with a bed linen change. In the bathroom there are shower, bidet and facial towels per person. In the garden there is a barbecue and an outside shower. The apartments are divided in the following types:

5 Studios 2 + 2

They are located on the first floor of the structure. The kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people. The master bedroom is placed on wooden loft that overlooks the lounge area where there is a double sofa bed.

2 Two rooms 4+2

The two room apartments are located on the ground floor and on the basement. They are decorated in Sardinian style. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people. The bedrooms (one double and a twin) are located in the basement while in the living room there is a double sofa bed.

3 Three rooms 6 + 2

The three room apartments are located on the ground floor and on the basement of the structure. They are decorated in Sardinian style. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people. The bedrooms (one double and a twin joinable) are located in the basement while in the living room there is a double sofa bed.
