Residence Flamar

The Flamar Vacanze Residence is a recently built accomodation facility situated in a residential place in Tortolì-Arbatax, only few metres far from the city center and 2,5 kilometres from the enchanting beaches of the Lido di Orrì.  Its architecture is similar to the typical Sardinian style. The apartments are very comfortable and fully equipped with air conditioning, colour TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bed linen change and towels are provided. In the common garden are available barbecue and outdoor shower.

APARTMENTs:

5 ONE ROOM APARTMENT 2 + UP TO 2 SLEEPS
They are situated on the first floor. The confortable Kitchen is equipped for four people. The double bedroom is set on the wooden intermediate floor overlooking the dining room with sofa bed (up to 2 sleeps).

2 THREE ROOM APARTMENT 4 + UP TO 2 SLEEPS
They are located on the ground floor and on the basement. They are decorated in Sardinian typical style. Kitchen is equipped for six people. Bedrooms (one double bedroom and one with twin beds) are situated on the basement. Dining room with sofa double bed.

3 FOUR ROOM APARTMENT 6 + UP TO 2 SLEEPS
They are located on the ground floor and on the basement. They are decorated in Sardinian typical style. Kitchen is equipped for 6 people. Bedrooms (one double bedroom and two with twin bedrooms) are situated on the basement. Dining room with sofa double bed.

RATES:
Weekly rates include IVA and water consuption. At the beginning of the stay, bed linen (sheet, pillowcase and bedcover) and towels for each guest are provided.

COMPULSOY CHARGES TO BE PAID ON SITE
consumptions:
15 euros per week per person (electricity, gas, air conditioning, uses of outdoor shower and barbecue)

Final cleaning:
Four rooms apartment 70 euros, Three rooms apartment 60 euros and one room apartment 50 euros.

OPTIONAL CHARGES TO BE PAID ON SITE
To be requested at the booking time.

Bed linen:
(sheet + pillow covers) 5 euros per person per change.

Towels:
5 euros per person per change.

Extra bed:
lcamp bed 20 euros per week.

On request extra cleaning durnig the stay .
