Complesso Residenziale Cala Lupo/Puntanegra

The residential complex Cala Lupo/Puntanegra is a wide residential complex made up of several units and buildings that can make use of all kind of shop and of a commercial centre situated all around the bay. Location

It is located in the bay Cala Lupo, between Stintino and Capo Falcone in a dominant position over the sea. Stintino is at approx 150 km from Olbia and at 30 km from Porto Torres.

Three room apartments 5/6 beds (ground floor or 1° floor): living room with kitchenette, single or double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom.

Located in different places along the bay:- supermarket, butcher's shop, fisher's shop, newsstand, restaurants, bars, pizzerias and many other shops. At the Residence "I Velici", run by the same organisation (350/900 m.):- 2 swimming pools; - animation by the swimming pool with games, swimming and aerobics group lessons, animation by night; - Mini Club 3/10 years old: upon the responsibility of specialized assistants in front of the swimming pool.
