Complesso residenziale Sea Villas has recently been built and is composed of villas and apartments that can be semi-detached, two or four-family houses or row houses. All the houses are furnished in an elegant Sardinian style and have TV, iron and ironing board, toaster, garden or equipped balcony, car park. Some of them have a swimming-pool in common use with our houses, while others have a private swimming-pool. The complex includes bar, restaurant and market (opening dates and services at discretion of the owners). The close centre of Stintino offers all the services for a pleasant stay, such as supermarket, shops, crafts, pubs and discos, pharmacies and first aid station.

Location

The complex is located on top of a hill and at approx 3km from the white sandy beach "Le Saline" and 8km from Stintino, old maritime village where the famous beach "La Pelosa", known as one of the most beautiful in the world, is found. The closest port is Porto Torres, approx 33km away.

Villa 8 "EXCLUSIVE": living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, intermediate floor with double sofa bed and bathroom. Possibility to have 9th bed (with extra-charge). Exclusive use of pool
