La Residenza del Porto

Facing the lovely tourist harbour of La Caletta the residence is surrounded by a wide green park and enjoys a lovely view offering at the same time a comfortable and relaxing environment. It is located at Siniscola, in a natural and suggestive corner of historical and environmental interest thanks to a territory rich of extraordinary natural landscapes, with cliffs and wild beaches. Recently built, the complex is made up of 3 buildings located very near the centre.

Location

The structure is located at 50 km to the South of Olbia on the tourist harbour of La Caletta.

Apartments

The apartments have been recently built. They are lovely decorated and have balcony, color tv, air conditioning and lift. They are divided into two room and three room.
Two room: They have a lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, bathroom, balcony.
Three room: They have a lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, balcony.

Amenities

Sub Centre, Nautical assistance, medical guard. Car and boat rental, excursions, transfers upon payment. At Siniscola all of the necessary services for a pleasurable stay.

Cooking&Eating

The apartments have an equipped kitchenette.
