• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes(entirely due for stay less than a week)electricity, water gas, supplied TV in flat, bed linen and bath towela with weekly change,final cleaning, “Sports Centre” access with swimming pool use both for adults and children (open from 20/05 to 16/09), tennis court (free admission from 12 noon to 5 pm). Kitchenette and kitchenware must be cleaned by the customer, otherwise an extra charge of euro 25 will be applied.
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Midweek bedlinen and towel change: euros 15 per person per change;
  -Extra Bed: not available;
  -Baby cot: euros 35 (free of charge if brought by the guest - max 1 per apartment).
• ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  -Arrivals later than 08:00pm are to be previously communicated: 20,00 euros extra charge. For arrivals after 08:00am not previously communicated, the guests will be welcomed and accommodated the following day.
  
  
• Services: in Santa reparata bay you can find mini market, parking places. In the centre of Santa Teresa (approx 3 km) it is possible to find supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, boutiques, chemistry, newsagents, pubs and discos, the marina, etc.
  
  Sports: at the "Centro sportivo Santa Reoparata" (St. Reparata Sports Centre) equipped swimming pools for adults and children (open from 20/05 to 16/09) and tennis court; possibility of water sports on the beach: windsurfing, sailing, water skiing, boat rental
