• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Weekly package: free of charge for children aged 0 to 2 years. It includes electricity, water and gas;
  - Final cleaning: it does not include the kitchenette, which is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 25,00 euros extra charge is requested;
  - Safe deposit: refundable at departure after a status check of the apartment. In case of early/late check out, the deposit is returned by return mail to the customer address.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested when booking)
  - Bed linen 15,00 euros per person per change; bath towels 12,00 euros per person per change;
  - Baby cot: not available, free of charge if brought by the guests (only in two- and three-room apartments);
  - Extra bed (5° or 7°): 50,00 euros from 26/05 to 27/07 and from 25/08 to 28/09;
  - Pets: small pets admitted upon request. IN the close beach of Porto Fido pets are admitted.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  - 30,00 euros extra charge for arrivals later than 08:00pm.
