The residence is located 4 km from the tourist center of Santa Teresa and a few hundred meters from the sea. Olbia maritime port and airport are 62 km.

Comfortable apartments equipped with kitchenette, bathroom, TV and microwave oven (most of them with terrace and/or sea view). Types available:

Studio sleeps 3 (30/40 sqm) consisting of living room with double sofa bed, single bed.

Two-Roomed apartment sleeps 4 (60/70 sqm) composed of living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom.

Three-Roomed apartment sleeps 6 composed of living room with 2 beds, double bedroom, bunk bedroom (some have 2 bathrooms).
