Residence Club Peonia Rosa

The Peonia Rosa è residence Club is placed in a wide pine wood stretching to the sea in a beautiful natural background. It is composed of different residentials units where there are the apartments. These units are displaced in many different points of the pine wood. Its "Formula-Club" offers services such as sport and animation activities and Germinal Club for children.

Location

The residence is only 15 minutes from the town center of Sant'Antioco. Cagliari port and airport are around 86 km far.

Apartments

Located in small residencial units on two levels they have a wide veranda or patio in the pinewood and are fully equipped (the water in the apartments is a bit salted). Different typologies are available:
Two-room apartments 2/3 beds:living room with kitchenette, double room, single bed, bathroom.
Two-room apartments 4 beds:living room with kitchenette, pull-out double bed, double room, bathroom.
Three-room aparments 5/6 beds:living room with kitchenette, pull-out double bed, double room, room with 2 single beds or bunk bed, bathroom.

Amenities

Reception and bar Capo Sperone, unguarded parking, swimming pool, tennis, five-a-side soccer field (illuminated).

Cooking&Eating

The apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette.
