Peonia Rosa Residence Club

The Peonia Rosa Residence Club rises in a wide pinewood extending towards the sea in a beautiful natural landscape, about 15 minutes from the historic centre of Sant'Antioco, a tourist locality with all services and amusements. I is composed of small residential units, located in different areas of the large pinewood extending towards the sea.

The residence is only 15 minutes from the historic center of Sant'Antioco. Cagliari's port and airport are about 86km away.

Apartments

Located in small terraced residencial units on two levels, they have a wide veranda or patio in the pinewood and are fully equipped for cooking and cleaning (spring water in the apartments is a bit salty). Different typologies are available:
Two-room apartments 2/3 beds:a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bed, a bathroom.
Two-room apartments 4 beds:a living room with kitchenette, a double pull-out bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom.
Three-room aparments 5/6 beds:a living room with kitchenette, a double pull-out bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds or bunk bed, a bathroom.

Five-a-side football/tennis court, a central bar, a restaurant.

The apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette.
