Stella Marina Residence

The recently built residence is located in a privileged position on a flat area. It is characterized by small buildings including a few apartments, that are lovely furnished and carefully decorated.

Location

This residence is located between the famous La Cinta beach and the centre of San Teodoro. The port and airport of Olbia are about 27Km away.

Apartments

These apartments are testefully furnished and have independent entrance. They can be on the ground floor with garden or the first floor with veranda (always with table and chairs to eat in the open air). They are equipped with TV, washing machine, twin beds and a small external shower. Available typologies are:
Two-room apartments - 4 beds composed of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.
Three-room apartments - 6 beds composed of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom.

Services&Amenities

Car park. In the centre of San Teodoro: supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice-cream shops, confectioner's, newsstands, shops, , pharmacies, first aid unit, piano bar, discos, boat rental, etc. At the beach: beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sun beds rental; five-a-side football and volleyball court and water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, etc. In the vicinity of the beach a riding school (offering courses and rides) and the associated “Karibù Diving e Travel” diving centre are also found.
