The Residence is located at 400 mt from the town centre and just a short from the main services. It is also close to La Cinta beach. Olbia maritime port and airport are approx. 27 Km.

The apartments can be internally located on one or two floors, furnished in a functional and modern style, with TV socket are located on the ground floor with veranda or on the first floor with covered balcony furnished with table and chairs for dining outdoor. Available apartment types:

Studio - sleeps 3 on two levels; lounge with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom, masonry loft with double bed.

Two-roomed apartment - sleeps 3/4 on one level; lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.

Two-roomed apartment - sleeps 5 on two levels; on the ground floor lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, on the first floor double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom.
