The Residence Li Menduli is composed of two neighbouring buildings, it is located in a favourable and reserved position.

Location

The Residence is located at 400 mt from the centre of the town to where it is possible to arrive with a short walk and where there are all kind of services. It is near the beach La Cinta. The port and airport of Olbia are at approx. 27 Km.

Apartments

The apartments are decorated in a functional and modern style and surrounded by lovely green areas. They can have one or two floors and have TV socket, veranda on the ground floor or roofed balcony on the first floor, always with table and chairs. The apartments are divided into the following characteristics:
