• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes on site assistance, consumptions of electricity, water, and gas and the final cleaning. The kitchenette and kitchenware are to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 25 euro extra charge is applied;
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Bed linen or bath towels: 7,50 euros per person per change;
  -Rental bike: 35 euro;
  -Small pets: 49 euros;
  -Additional bed unavailable;
  -Baby cot: 35 euros free of charge if brought by the customer - max 1 per apartment)
