The Arcobaleno Residence has been recently built and offers lovely apartments with simple and functional furniture distributed in two levels.

Location

The residence is located in a quiet area very near the lovely beach of “La Cinta”. The port and the airport of Olbia are at 27Km.

Apartments

Decorated in a simple and functional way, they are located on the mezzanine or the first floor. They have TV and balcony or roofed veranda.
There are several typologies:
Two room 3 beds: lounge with kitchenette, sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom, balcony.
Two room 4 beds: > lounge with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom, balcony.

Services

Private parking covered unguarded. In the area: supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, pharmacy, disco. At the beach sun umbrella, deck chairs and sun beds. At San Teodoro possibility of practicing football, tennis, horseback riding, etc. Diving centre “Karibù Diving e Travel”.
Beds: minimum 3 maximum 4
Distance to the beach: 400 mt.
Distance to the market: approx 500 mt.

Cooking&Eating

Restaurant/pizzeria at 500 mt. from the residence.
