Approdo Verde Residence

Approdo Verde Residence is located in a privileged position, very near the centre of the town; it is a beautiful horseshoe-shapep building surrounding a central area, with a central garden with lawn, plants and olive trees. This complex is composed of apartments built with an excellent construction standard in granite, stone and wood beams. They all give onto the central garden that represents the ideal and safe place for children as well. This resort is located 200m from the centre of San Teodoro, and 27km from the port and airport of Olbia.

Apartments

Lovely furnished with modern furniture, sometimes with wooden beams, they can be located on the ground floor (giving both onto the common garden with covered veranda and the back of the building with a small private patio) or on the first floor with balcony facing the common garden. The veranda and balconies always have table and chairs; these apartments have TV and bedrooms with individual beds. Different typologies are available:
Two-room apartment, 4 beds:: a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom.
Three-room apartment A, 6 beds:: a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, an intermediate floor with two individual beds, a double bedroom, a bathroom.
