Positive aspects: Lovely apartment in great location.

Negative aspects: We arrived in sardinia and were not told where to get the keys from so i called the agents and they did not answer the phone. We walked for 7 hours around in the heat and were told by a stranger in the apartments where we had to go and get the keys. This was unnacceptable, very poor service.

Positive aspects: Very enjoyable hoilday and would book accommodation through you again only next time we will hire a car.

Negative aspects: not informed we had to collect keys for apartment from another site and then we had to arrange another taxi too the apartment (we do not hire a car)

Could do with something to place on the bathroom floor to avoid slipping on the tiles after leaving the shower and something to clean the floor in the bathroom.
