Oasi Residence

Oasi Residence is surrounded by wide green areas, the residence is made up of apartments on the ground or the first floor located in smaller complexes inside a wide green area full of gardens and paths. Oasi Vip: it is a new construction of two buildings with 5/6 apartments, wide and lovely decorated.

Location

The Residence Oasi is a complex located in a privileged position between the famous beach La Cinta and the centre of San Teodoro. The port and airport of Olbia are at 27Km.

Apartments

They are decorated with good taste and functionality and have TV socket, garden on the ground floor and balcony on the first floor always with table and chairs. The Apartments Vip have independent entrance, TV, washing machine, garden and roofed veranda with table and chairs.
Apartments VIP: they are located in new and prestigious buildings, located respectively by the side of the main building near the tourist harbour and the other near the bigger private beach. The apartments have been build with high quality materials. They have patio and garden on the ground floor and veranda on the first floor with view to the Golf of Marinella. They are lovely decorated and have TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, bedrooms always with individual beds (no bunk beds), table and chairs.
They are divided into the following typologies:
Two room 4 beds: wide lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.
Three room 6 beds/three room 6 beds VIP: wide lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom.
Four room 8 beds: divided into two levels. On the ground floor: lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, roofed veranda, garden or patio. On the first floor double bedroom and balcony.
Four room 8 beds VIP: divided into two levels. On the ground floor: lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom. On the first floor double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, bathroom, roofed veranda, patio and garden.

Amenities

Parking, tennis field (upon payment). In the centre of San Teodoro supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, ice-cream shops, newsstand, boutique, pharmacy, medical guard, piano bar, disco, boat rental, etc. At the beach the possibility of sun umbrella, deck chair and sun beds rental. 5-a-side football. Also several water sports. Associate Diving centre “Karibù Diving e Travel”.
