The units are very close to the beautiful beach of La Cinta, that can be reached by a short and pleasant walk, and their location is ideal since they are very close to the centre of San Teodoro. The port and airport of Olbia are 27Km away.

Furnished in a tasteful and practical way, they have TV socket and can be on the ground floor with a garden or on the first floor with a balcony, both equipped with table and chairs; bedrooms do not have bunk beds. “Type C” apartments have TV, washing machine and equipped garden with patio or roofed veranda.

Three-roomed apartment, 6 places C: a living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, TV and washing machine.

Services and Amenities

In the centre of San Teodoro one can find supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tobacconists, newsstands, pharmacy and discos. One can also practice five-a-side football, tennis, horse-riding and several seaside sports at the beach, where the “Karibù Diving e Travel” diving centre is also found and where it is also possible to hire sunshade parasols, deck chairs and sun beds. Car parks by the apartments.

A restaurant/pizzeria is 700m from the residence.
