Le Canne Centro Residenziale

The residential complex is located in a wide area just outside the town, in a lovely position. It is made up of smaller residential units with a limited number of apartments.

Location

The units are near the famous beach of «La Cinta», to where it is possible to arrive with a lovely and short walk and are also located near the centre of San Teodoro. The port and airport of Olbia are at 27Km.

Apartments

Decorated with good taste and functional, the apartments have TV socket and are on the ground floor with a garden or the first floor with a balcony with table and chairs, they have bedrooms with individual beds (no bunk beds). The apartments “Type C” have TV, washing machine, garden with patio or roofed veranda.

Three room 6 beds: lounge with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom.

Three 6 beds: lounge with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, TV and washing machine.

Amenities

In the centre of San Teodoro is possible to find supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, pharmacy, newsstand, disco. There is also the possibility of practising football, tennis, horse riding. At the beach several water sports. Diving centre associated “Karibù Diving e Travel”. Parking by the apartments. At the beach is possible to rent sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun beds.
