The town of San Teodoro is mainly composed of residential complexes of recent construction built following the most modern standards in order to meet the needs of the tourists. The different style of the apartments and their different location does not allow for a detailed description. Consequently, as part of this structure, there are apartments that can guarantee the tourist a comfortable holiday under any point of view. The lovely apartments are on the ground or the first floor, sometimes with parking space. They are from 400 to 1500 metres from the sea.

Location

The residence is located at San Teodoro, at approx 27 Km from the port and airport of Olbia.

Apartments

Decorated in a simple and functional way the apartments have a garden or a patio depending if they are on the ground or the first floor always equipped with a table and chairs.
Apartments VIP: recently built, lovely decorated, with TV and washing machine. They can be on the ground or first floor with veranda, always with a table and chairs and have bedrooms with individual beds (no bunk beds).
They are available with the following characteristics:
Two room 4 beds: On one or two levels, they have a lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.
Three room 4 beds: On one or two levels, they have a lounge with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom (can be with bunk beds), bathroom.
Three room 6 beds: On one or two levels, they have a lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom (can be with bunk beds), bathroom.

At S.Teodoro it is possible to find supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bar, ice-cream shops, boutiques, pharmacy, medical assistance, piano bar, discotheque, boat rental, etc. At the beach sun umbrella, sun beds and deck chairs rental; possibility of practicing water sports such as windsurf, canoeing, etc. Associate Diving Centre “Karibù Diving e Travel”; football field.
