• TARIFFS INCLUDE:
  -Consumptions of electricity, water and gas, bedlinen and towels.
  -Final cleaning: Kitchen and barbecue to be left clean, otherwise a euros 25 extra charge will be applied;
  -Free of charge: Children's bed, beach service with beach umbrella and deck chair, safe in home, barbecue, pool 10 meters by 4 meters (warmed during the low season), Jacuzzi pool, baby pool, gym space, air conditioning, WIFI zone, Tv.
  
  COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -Safe deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure;
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Half Board Basis: euros 25 per day, children euros 15;
  -Pets: 70 euros per stay
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  -In case of late arrivals after 9 pm, please let us know.
  -Bar-restaurant and beach service available from 15/05 to 15/10
