Residence Baia Salinedda

The Baia Salinedda residence is set in a 100 hectares private park surrounded by the Coda Cavallo sea park and facing Tavolara island. Salinedda bay is a long beach of white sand shaltered by the small Red Island. It is composed of small terraced villas with enchanting bay view. The beach is easily reachable in 5 minutes by foot along an inside walkway.

Small villas with indipendente entrance. They are set in the ground floor, tastefully furnished and fully equipped.
2-ROOMS APARTMENT 4 BEDS: 45 m2 + 16m2 of covered equipped terrace di terrazza, double or twin bedded room, shower bathroom, living-dining room with 2 big sofa bed, kitchenette, garden with deckchairs and sunumbrella.
3-ROOMS APARTMENT 6 BEDS: double or twin bedded room, living-dining room with kitchenette, bunk bedded room, outside kitchenette.

Free services: children added bed, beach service, deposite safe, barbecue.

COMPULSORY CHARGES TO BE PAID ON SITE

CONSUMPTIONS + BED LINEN AND TOWEL BATHS: 31€ per person per week - children up 6 yrs 12€; CONSUMPTIONS EXCLUDING BED LINEN AND TOWEL BATHS: 20€ per person per week; children up € free of charge; FINAL CLEANING: 2-rooms apt 55€ - 3-rooms apt 60€ - KITCHEN AND BARBECUE CLEANING: 26€ (if not left cleaned by the guest); PETS: 52€; DEPOSITE SAFE: 150€, it will be given back at departure excepting balance's case.
