• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Service package: free of charge for children aged 0 to 2 years. It includes electricity, water, gas, and Welcome Breakfast (which includes: jam, Nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, toasted bread, biscuits).
  - Final cleaning: it does not include the kitchenette, which is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 50,00 euros extra charge is requested;
  - Safe deposit: refundable at departure after a status check of the apartment. In case of early/late check out, the deposit is returned by return mail to the customer address.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested when booking):
  - Bed linen and bath towels: 15,00 euros per person, per change, per week.
  - Daily cleaning: two-room apartment and three-room apartment for 4 people 15,00 euros; three-room apartment for 5 and 6 people 18,00 euros.
  - Baby cot/extra bed: 30,00 euros per week from 12/05 to 14/07 and from 25/08 to 29/09; 50,00 euros per week in the other periods.
  - Pets: 30,00 euros for extra cleaning. Only small pets admitted, apart from the beach and common areas.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  - guests are requested to inform the residence in case of arrivals later than 08:00pm.
• Sundeck chairs and parasols rental on the beach (under external management to the accommodation facility)
